These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of MyBnB.nz website and services, as well as the booking and use of accommodations offered through MyBnB.nz. By accessing our website, making a booking, or staying at one of our properties, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Please read these Terms carefully before making a booking. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our services or make a booking.
In these Terms, the following definitions apply:
All bookings must be made by persons over 18 years of age. By making a booking, you warrant that you are over 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements.
A booking is not confirmed until you receive a written confirmation from us, and the required deposit or full payment has been received.

All prices are in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) for New Zealand properties and Australian Dollars (AUD) for Australian properties, inclusive of GST. Prices may change at any time, but changes will not affect confirmed bookings where a deposit has been paid.

In rare circumstances, we may need to cancel your booking due to unforeseen circumstances, such as property damage, safety concerns, or force majeure events. In such cases, we will offer you:

Changes to booking dates are subject to availability and may incur additional charges. Any changes must be requested in writing at least 14 days before the original check-in date.
Standard check-in time is 2:00 PM. Early check-in may be available upon request but cannot be guaranteed.
Standard check-out time is 10:00 AM. Late check-out may be available upon request but cannot be guaranteed and may incur additional charges.
Details for key collection will be provided in your booking confirmation. It is your responsibility to ensure you have these details before arrival.
The number of guests staying at the property must not exceed the maximum occupancy stated in the property listing. Additional guests may result in termination of the booking without refund.
You agree to abide by any specific rules for the property, which will be provided in your booking confirmation or at the property. These may include rules regarding:
You agree to use the property respectfully and to leave it in a similar condition to how you found it. Excessive cleaning required after your stay may incur additional charges.
Unless specifically agreed in writing, parties, events, or functions are not permitted at our properties. Violation of this policy may result in immediate termination of your stay without refund and additional charges for any disturbance or damage caused.
You are responsible for any damage to the property, its contents, or any adjacent property caused by you or any member of your party during your stay. Any damages must be reported immediately.
The security deposit, if required, will be used to cover any damages or additional cleaning required. If the cost of damages exceeds the security deposit, you agree to pay the additional amount.

We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time. The version of the Terms that applies to your booking is the version that was in effect at the time your booking was confirmed.
