The Space

The main house features 3 large bedrooms, and there’s additional accommodation with 5 extra beds in the granny flat and 2 cabins offering 6 more beds.

Guest Access
Guests have full access to the house. If your booking includes more than 6 guests, the sleep-out is available, and for groups of 11 or more, the two cabins are included for extra sleeping arrangements.

Other Things to Note

• Cleaning: A mandatory cleaning fee applies. Additional charges may apply if the property is left in poor condition.
  
  
• Security: The property has an alarm system and CCTV cameras, as it is a holiday home with no one on site.
  
  
• Guest Limit: Only paying guests are allowed on the property. The base rate includes up to 5 guests, additional guests are charged at $50 per person, per night, with a minimum stay of 2 nights.
  
  
• Self-Catering: While linen (and one towel per person) is provided, the property is self-catered. Basic items such as toilet rolls, tea, coffee, sugar, salt, and pepper are available, but you may want to bring additional supplies for a longer stay.
  
  
• Showers: One shower is in a bathroom, the second shower is outdoors (protected by 3 sides) and a 3rd shower is not private at all, used for rinsing off after a bike ride or with togs on.
