This beautiful modern home in Ohakune was built to provide both luxury and functionality, offering spectacular views of Mt. Ruapehu and its surrounding ski areas. With an open-plan layout, the living spaces are ideal for entertaining or simply relaxing after a day of outdoor fun.

The house is fully equipped with contemporary features, including three TVs spread across the lounge, master, and kids’ rooms, reliable high-speed WiFi, a tethered Type 2 EV charger, four heat pumps for climate control, and a premium espresso machine for the perfect cup of coffee.

After a day on the mountain, use the heated drying room to store your wet gear, ensuring everything is dry and ready for another day of adventure. With continuous hot water from an Infinity gas system, you’ll never run out of hot showers.

The outdoor area is designed for socializing, with a large 60sqm deck and a covered space perfect for BBQs, evening cocktails, or simply enjoying the mountain air.

Guest Access

Guests have full access to the house, except for a few locked linen cupboards and the master walk-in wardrobe.

Other Things to Note

The base rate covers up to 5 guests, with additional guests charged at $50 per person, per night. Only registered guests are permitted on the property.

The EV charger is available for free and is equipped with a Type 2 plug. There is also a standard 10A plug outside for your convenience.

For your peace of mind, external security cameras are installed around the property.
